Personal Care Assistant
Training

Course consists of fundamental instruction involving classroom learning and demonstration of PCA abilities. It also covers the evaluation of the trainee and an introduction to the duties and responsibilities of a personal care aide. Trainees undergo 32 hours of training, not including time allocated for required tests and breaks. All classrooms are equipped with all the necessities: educational materials, instructional videos and medical equipment. Our school’s courses are led by licensed nurses who possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Care and are certified to teach by the Department Board of Education.
